High-gloss polishing
Grinding and polishing are among the most common prototyping processes. Grinding is a very basic process for removing tool marks to obtain a smooth surface. It prepares the surface for further finishing, such as sandblasting, painting, chrome plating, etc.

Starting with coarse sandpaper, when you reach 2000 grit sandpaper, the part surface is smooth enough for high-gloss polishing to achieve a glossy surface or mirror-like appearance, such as for transparent products like light guides and lenses.

Oil spraying
Spray painting is a very flexible way to achieve different surface finishes.
We can achieve: glossy, matte, high-gloss, transparent, semi-transparent, rubber-like (light, heavy), and soft-touch (rubber-like) finishes.

Besides painting,
staining is another option for coloring plastic prototypes. It's a good solution for turn signals and taillights.

Anodizing
Anodizing is the most common process used in manufacturing consumer electronics. Almost all Apple products use anodizing. We offer: anodizing, hard anodizing, chemical anodizing/Alodin.
